This policy applies to all bookings made via https://meriteducators.in/ or our official channels.
1) General Rules

All cancellations, changes, and refunds are subject to the event-specific conditions on the event page and these standard rules.

Convenience fees/payment gateway charges are non-refundable unless the cancellation is due to our error or full event cancellation by us.
2) Customer-Initiated Cancellation
Unless stated otherwise on the event page:

Up to 7 days before event start: 100% refund of ticket base price (excluding non-refundable fees).

3–6 days before start: 50% refund of ticket base price.

Less than 72 hours before start / No-show: No refund.
How to cancel: use My Orders or email info@meriteducators.in with Order ID, registered email/phone, and reason.
3) Event Cancellation by Us
If the event is cancelled, you may choose:

Full refund of the ticket amount paid (base price; convenience fees may be refunded at our discretion), or
-
Credit/Voucher of equivalent value for a future event (valid 6 months).
We’ll notify you via email/SMS/WhatsApp on your registered details.
4) Event Postponement/Reschedule
If the event is postponed, your ticket remains valid for the new date. If you cannot attend, request a refund or credit within 72 hours of the reschedule announcement.
5) Name Transfers/Upgrades
Name change/transfer may be allowed up to 48 hours before the event subject to availability and a processing fee. Category upgrades/downgrades depend on seat availability and price differences; downgrades may not be refundable.
6) Duplicate/Multiple Charges
If you are charged twice for the same order due to a network/payment error, contact support with proof. After verification with EnKash, we’ll refund the extra charge.
7) Refund Method & Timeline
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method (Card/UPI/NetBanking/Wallet) via EnKash. Typical credit timelines: 5–7 working days (may vary by bank/gateway). If not credited within 10 working days, contact your bank and then reach out to us.
8) Partial Event Delivery
If a multi-day/session event is partially canceled or you are denied entry due to venue capacity or safety directives, we may offer pro-rata refunds or credits for the undelivered portion.
9) Non-Refundable Cases
No refund for no-show, late arrival, breach of venue rules, use of counterfeit/duplicated tickets, or force majeure (see below), unless the event itself is canceled by us.
10) Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays or cancellations due to events beyond our control (natural disasters, strikes, lockdowns, government orders, epidemics, etc.). Remedies, if any, will be as per Sections 3–4 above.
11) How to Request a Cancellation/Refund
