By accessing or using https://meriteducators.in/ (“Website”) and purchasing/booking any event, ticket, pass, workshop, or related service (collectively, “Services”), you agree to these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.

2) Eligibility
You must be 18+ or using the Services under the supervision of a parent/guardian. You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information.
3) Account & Communication
You may need to create an account. You consent to receive transactional communications (email/SMS/WhatsApp) for booking confirmations, updates, invoices, and support.
4) Event Listings & Descriptions
We strive for accuracy in event details (timings, venue, speakers, capacity, inclusions). Minor variations may occur. Images are illustrative.
5) Pricing, Taxes & Fees
All prices are in INR unless stated otherwise and may include/exclude convenience/payment gateway charges. The final payable amount is shown at checkout.
6) Payments & Security (via EnKash)
Online payments are processed through EnKash as our payment gateway partner. We do not store your full card/UPI details. Transactions are handled on secure, PCI-DSS–compliant infrastructure and are subject to EnKash’s terms/policies in addition to ours. In case of payment failure, please retry or contact support with your Order ID.
7) Booking Confirmation & Tickets
A booking is confirmed only after successful payment and receipt of a confirmation email/SMS containing the order ID/QR/ticket number. If you don’t receive confirmation within 24 hours, contact support.
8) Delivery of Tickets/Passes
Tickets/passes/e-badges are delivered digitally via email/SMS/WhatsApp and may appear under My Orders/My Tickets (if account exists). Physical dispatch is not applicable unless explicitly stated.
9) Entry & ID Verification
You may be required to present a valid Government ID along with your ticket/QR for entry. Entry is subject to venue rules (security checks, prohibited items, dress code, age limits).
10) Event Changes & Cancellations
We may change/postpone/cancel an event due to circumstances beyond our control (venue issues, regulatory directions, force majeure, safety reasons). Remedies (refund/reschedule/credit) will follow our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
11) User Responsibilities & Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to: resell tickets at inflated prices; forge/duplicate tickets; violate venue rules or laws; upload unlawful/defamatory content; infringe IP; or attempt to compromise site/payment security.
12) Intellectual Property
All Website content (logos, text, graphics, photos) is our or our licensors’ IP. No license is granted except as needed to use the Services.
13) Third-Party Services
We may link to third-party sites/services. We are not responsible for their content, policies, or actions.
14) Privacy
Your data is handled as per our Privacy Policy at https://meriteducators.in/privacy-policy/. By using our Services, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described there.
15) Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including travel/accommodation losses due to event changes/cancellations. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the affected booking.
16) Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, losses, and liabilities arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Services.
17) Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of India and the courts at Uttar Pradesh shall have jurisdiction. We will first attempt amicable resolution; if unresolved, disputes may be referred to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, with a sole arbitrator in Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh, proceedings in English.
